We spend considerable time and effort researching, using, testing and choosing the parts and accessories we sell.
We will source from well known manufacturers and suppliers from around the world. The "Tech series" range of products are manufactured solely for us and are distributed by our Retail outlets, Wholesalers and Stockists around the world.
Whilst every effort is made to describe the all the products on this web site, including the pictures used, we cannot guarantee all items will always match exactly what is packaged.
This is usually due to supply chain issues, where an alternative item is supplied, rest assured it will be carefully chosen, tested or used by ourselves and is sold with total confidence.
If you have any concerns prior to ordering, please don't hesitate to contact us.
If you are not totally satisfied with the product, you are welcome to return the product for a full refund (subject to our terms of returned goods).
Returns We are happy to accept and refund returns based upon the following:
Refunds will only be considered when the items is returned to us.
Goods that are faulty due to manufacture will be replaced or refunded at your choice.
Goods damaged in transit will be subject to inspection and replaced once liabilty has been proven (please try and check the condition of goods, importantly for packaging damage when you are signing for it).
Non stock items that are special orders are non refundable.
Incorrectly ordered goods are non refundable.
No longer required/wanted goods are non refundable |
